Luke Johnson is a Minnesota artist working primarily in print media and installation. Luke obtained a BFA from the University of Wisconsin—Madison with an emphasis in printmaking. His artistic focus centers on the notion of the archive and the ways in which society creates, engages with, and interprets materials, including locally-sourced historical print media, interior decor, and other detritus. Luke’s work has been exhibited at Raymond F. Dvorak Gallery in Madison, Wisconsin, Boneshaker Books in Minneapolis, and Hoffman Gallery in Portland, Oregon.
