Capture the Light in Watercolor
May 16 - 17, 2015; 2 days; 9am - 4pm
Location: Founders Hall
Students will focus on the importance of light and its effect on the landscape by creating several small sky studies that they will then transpose into landscape paintings. Jeanne will teach watercolor techniques best suited for a variety of atmospheric effects such as fog, sunlight, and sunsets. Students will create two landscape paintings from their studies and instruction will be augmented with handouts and daily demonstrations.
Bring your own supplies based on the supply list or purchase directly from instructor at the start of class. Please indicate which you will do at time of registration.
