Location: Glass Studio
Practice lamp work and learn to make unique glass beads. Using a Hot Head torch and Mapp Pro gas, students will wind molten glass onto steel mandrels. Gretchen will teach basic glass application, adding multiple colors, and shaping techniques. Students will make a tiger print bead and use dots to create floral beads. Attend the optional kiln opening on Sunday, November 6 at 9 am, or pay to have your pieces mailed.
This class will be cancelled on October 29, 2016, if minimum enrollment is not met. Please register before this date.
