February 17, 2017; 1 day; 9 am - 4 pm
Location: Founders Hall
Students will design and create a textured piece of stitchery that can be decoratively worn on a piece of clothing or in a hat. Working with adhesive stabilizer fabric, vinyl, and layers of brightly colored fabric scraps, Julie will teach students to stitch, cut, shrink, and manipulate the materials into a final form. Students will then add in further embellishments such as beads and wires to create a truly unique piece.
This class will be cancelled on Friday, February 10, 2017
, if minimum enrollment is not met. Please register before this date.
