The Writing Room is available for exclusive residencies and cooperative studio access. The studio is an intimate space with a view of Lake Superior, perfect for writers, composers, or artists who work on small-scale pieces. Note there is no water source in this studio.
Independent residents are allotted the studio space and access to the following equipment:

Independent, exclusive-use residency rates, based on a 5-7 day week:
- 1 week | $125
- 2 weeks | $225
- 3 weeks | $300
- 4 weeks | $400
- Cleaning fees will also be applied
