Maiolica Tiles

Karin will begin with a short history of Maiolica pottery and tile and outline some contemporary work in clay, as well as kick things off with a glazing demonstration. Students will then experiment with Maiolica on pre-made and glazed tiles. Tiles will be fired overnight so they are ready to take home the next day.  (more…)
