Duluth-based painter and muralist, Adam Swanson, will share about his work, his path to becoming a full-time painter, and how he keeps his creativity thriving. Adam’s invented landscapes invites viewers to consider the tension between human and natural worlds. He is a member of the Twin Ports Art Science Collaborate and his work, which often blends science and art, has been influenced by researchers and activists from the Lake Superior watershed and the SPRUCE climate change project in the Chippewa National Forest.
