Meld the creative practice of writing with the physical practice of yoga and spark new ideas and inspiration in the process. This class is geared toward writers who are looking for time for solitary writing and reflection as well as guided writing instruction. The yoga sessions will be appropriate for all students, whether or not they have a regular yoga practice.
