Teresa Cox’s paintings and drawings explore the relationship between physical sensations and natural phenomena. Teresa holds a BS in Studio Arts in Painting and Drawing from Stout University, Wisconsin. She has taught with COMPAS, MCAD and other arts institutions for 30 years and has exhibited her paintings at the Sam and Adele Golden Foundation, New York; the DeVos Art Museum, Michigan; The Painting Center, New York; and the Fortezza da Basso, Florence, Italy. She was awarded artist residencies to the Golden Foundation in New York and the Vermont Studio center with public installations at Winona University and Amsoil Arena in Duluth among others. Cox lives in the Twin Cities.
