Klecko is a Master Bread Baker and award-winning poet. In 2020, his book Hitman -Baker – Casketmaker: Aftermath of an American’s Clash with ICE won the Midwest Book Award. He has been featured and published in The New York Times, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune. In March, he was the keynote speaker in Asheville NC at Zelda Fitzgerald week, where he launched Zelda’s Bed.
