Lisa StaufferInstructor

Lisa Stauffer received a Master’s in Design from the University Of Minnesota and studied illustration at Parsons School Of Design, New York. She works and teaches in a wide variety of media. Lisa now paints primarily in pastel with a special focus on painting en plein air to indulge her fascination with light and color in Minnesota’s beautiful north shore landscape. Lisa holds Master Circle status with the International Association of Pastel Societies and is a Signature member of the Pastel Society Of America. Her work has been featured in articles in PleinAir Magazine, Pastel

Journal, Stephen Dohertyʼs book, The Art Of Plein Air Painting and in two PBS specials on painting.
